Unlike many other construction firms, we feel the best management of a construction project comes from a small, well-coordinated construction management team. This gives us the ability to have intimate knowledge of the project and effectively address the issues and coordination required to successfully complete a project on time and within budget.

Construction Management

Our firm has been providing construction management services in the Ohio Valley for 34 years. We have managed projects involving new construction, additions, renovations and phased renovations. Our construction management services provide input during design stages to aid in constructability of the project and cost control. We offer value engineering and design alternatives to best utilize the owner's financial resources. Our construction management projects have been completed on time and within budget utilizing value engineering, expediting, critical path scheduling and other such tools.

Our firm has been very successful competitively bidding projects. The knowledge and experience of our estimating staff coupled with our cost records allow us to compete with much larger firms. Our previous experiences in construction also allow us to negotiate work, guiding owners to complete projects with budget constraints.
